THE INSPIRATION
The M 911 is inspired by the first-generation Porsche 911*, first introduced in 1963 and designed by Ferdinand Alexander “Butzi” Porsche. Its shape became one of the most recognizable silhouettes in automotive history defined not by excess, but by proportion, restraint, and the quiet confidence of a machine built with purpose.

Its genius was in the way it balanced elegance with intent. The upright headlights, sloping front, compact cabin, and rear-engine stance gave the car a profile that felt instantly alive. Clean, purposeful, and unlike anything else on the road. It was a design that did not need to shout, because every line had already made its point.
The M 911 begins with an aviator-inspired frame shape, chosen for its natural balance and broad appeal on the face, then reshaped through the unmistakable DNA of the 911. The round lenses echo the car’s iconic “round eyes,” while the leather bridge takes inspiration from the vertical lines of the hood. The temple trims draw from the character of the bumpers, and the temples themselves carry the elegant, sloping silhouette that made the original 911 instantly recognizable.

MODERN TECHNOLOGY MEETS CLASSIC CRAFTSMANSHIP
Using the latest manufacturing methods, the monocoque chassis is 3D printed in titanium, the same technology used by Formula 1 teams and top industries. It's then carefully hand sanded, polished, and finished to a high standard, similar to the craftsmanship found in Swiss timepieces. All in our workshop in Los Angeles.

THE MATERIALS
The M 911 is built around a handmade titanium chassis, chosen for its strength, lightness, and permanence. Its leather details are cut from premium Italian hides sourced from some of the finest tanneries in Florence, with customizable color options that allow each frame to take on a more personal character. Over time, the leather will age beautifully, developing a natural patina that makes every pair even more individual.

The frame is crafted from lightweight 3D printed titanium. Utilizing various hand finishing techniques tailored to the design, they seamlessly blend technology with craftsmanship, and are built to last forever.

Enter the wooden box, a packaging conceived not merely as a container but as an extension of the Monocoque ethos. It serves as more than mere packaging; it's a testament to the luxury within.
Enclosed with every pair of Monocoque sunglasses is a certificate of authenticity marked by a unique frame number, ensuring your piece is one of a kind.
And then there's the leather case – it's not just a case, it's a statement. It wraps around your shades like a racing glove on a steering wheel, offering protection where it's needed, yet designed to elegantly display the craftsmanship of the eyewear.
